Episode 58: Harmony Triads & the Enneagram w/ Clare Loughrige

God tells us to love him with our heart, our head and our body. But sometimes we lean too heavily in one direction.

Jesse and Lindsey talk with Clare Loughrige, author of Spiritual Rhythms for the Enneagram, about Harmony Triads – a roadmap that can help integrate heart, head and body together. They look at each Type’s Harmony Triad numbers, as well as ways to grow in your non-dominant number.

The gang then plays What’s Your Number, where Clare gives her philosophy on potlucks. Everyone also answers listener questions about Harmony Triads.
