FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [FAQ]
Traditionally, many organizations either emphasize evangelism OR social justice – the spiritual OR the physical. LTN believes that Jesus embodied a perfect marriage of word AND deed. With LTN, you will not have to choose which of these commandments you will respond to. You will respond to both. You will love people – and that inherently means that you will love them in both word and deed, caring for their physical and spiritual needs.
Our vision is to transform lives in local communities through the power of the gospel.
If those times don’t work for you to visit please contact us and we can set-up an alternative time for you to visit. You can contact our Recruitment Manager, Rachel Hamm.
LTN Team Members are provided with a significant amount of time away and flexibility. Here’s how our time off breaks down: Summer Team Members are provided with 3 floating days off that they may use as desired. Full Year Team Members are provided with 7 floating days off that they may use as desired as well as 12 days away around Christmas. (In addition, Team Members take part in various retreats away from the city.)
